GANGTOK
Gangtok is located in the Shivalik hills and the altitude is of 5500 ft. This city is love for those who is close to nature and appreciates the natural beauty of higher peaks and Himalayan ranges. The snow clad tower over the Himalaya gives a beautiful view.
The Gangtok climate is very appealing those who like monsoon. The temperature most of the time is 22 degree c in summer while 4 degree c in winter. In Gangtok, winters are cold and summers are average. The city is perfect for travelers round the year.

New Jalpaiguri – Darjeeling Arrive at New Jalpaiguri, report to coach and proceed to Darjeeling.
Darjeeling – City Tour, shopping Enjoy boating at Gangamaiya Lake followed by the Folk Dance. Visit the Rock Garden and Ava art gallery. Later visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI) followed by Mountaineering Documentary Show (subject to operation), Zoological Park, Tea Gardens and Tensingh Rock. Free time for shopping in the evening.
Darjeeling – White Water Rafting – Pelling Early morning visit Tiger Hill to enjoy sunrise on the Kanchanjunga Ranges and visit Battasey loop. Proceed to Pelling. En-route enjoy never ending thrills of White Water Rafting (subject to operation). Arrive at Pelling in the evening.
Pelling Visit Rimbi falls, Sewaro rock garden, Kanchanjunga Waterfall, Khecheopalri Lake and Penyang Monastery. Free time for relaxation.
Pelling – Kalimpong – Gangtok Proceed to Gangtok. En-route visit Thongsa Gompa – The oldest Gompa of Kalimpong was constructed in 1692 by the Bhutanese, flower Nursery, Durpin Dara view point and Zang Dog Palri Fo-Brang Monastery. Arrive at Gangtok in the evening.
Gangtok – City Tour City tour include Shanti View Point, Rumtek Monastery. Enjoy the Rope Way Ride and visit Flower exhibition show, Vidhan Sabha from outside, Dordul Chorten Stupa, and Tibetology. Later enjoy shopping on the mall road.
Gangtok – Lachung Proceed to Lachung. En-route photo stop at seven sisters waterfall. On arrival free time for relaxation or leisure activities.
Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Lachung Excursion to Yumthang valley, a scenic place situated at an altitude of 11,800 feet. Yumthang is a large valley surrounded by mountains where the tree line ends. In the evening free time for relaxation.
Lachung – Gangtok Proceed to Gangtok. Enjoy the surrounding scenic beauty. Arrive Gangtok in the evening. On arrival enjoy musical evening.
Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake – Gangtok Visit Tashi View Point, Ganesh Mandir, Hanuman Tok. Then proceed for excursion to Tsomgo lake. En-route visit Kyongnoslo waterfall. Visit to the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. (In case of Tsomgo lake not accessible we will visit the Sampdruptse Stupa at Namachi village – Namchi, meaning ‘Sky High’, nestled among the hills at an elevation of 5,500 ft commands panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains and vast stretches of valley). Enjoy get together in the evening.
Gangtok – Departure from New Jalpiguri Proceed to New Jalpaiguri. Board the train / flight to your hometown. Tour Concludes.

Special Notes for Lachung:
Lachung is a very scenic place but roads and accommodation are under development.The hotels are ofvery basic category and the journey is hectic – guests should make a special note of it. Only BSNL Network coverage is available, No landlines – Only military booths available for contact. Electricity supply is irregular, due to which hot water supply can also be a constraint. Non – veg is available only on request (where ever possible). Special Permits required only for foreigners (Inner Line Permit). 2 passport sized photographs per person and photo ID proof required for entry in Lachung. Yumthang is closed between December and March due to heavy snowfall.

All transfers and sightseeing by Non A/C Mini Coach.
Few Sights in Gangtok and Darjeeling are covered by 6 seater Jeeps.
Transfers and sightseeing from Gangtok – Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Lachung – Gangtok will be by small vehicles (4 guests in each vehicle).
